Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement marketing and brand engagement plans.
- Focus on market visibility for new products.
- Ensure timely availability of promotional inputs & Campaign activity.
- Understands the aesthetics (design, copy, UI/UX) to ensure consistency in branding across all channels and various content formats (videos, graphics, text)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage brand health and customer feedback and monitor brand spends and effectiveness.
Required Candidate profile
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- 1-2 years experience in marketing management, Social Media, Internet Marketing, and Brand Management.
- Experience in Digital marketing technologies.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

Job Description:-
- Execute sales plans to achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, With team Targets.
- Conduct periodic reviews of sales teams and Initiate corrective action for improvement of their performance.
- Generate leads from inbound calls, websites, customer references and convert them into sales.
- Generate leads through property show / Roads shows / corporate meets & through channel partners.
- Present the project visually and orally to make an impact on the customer and conduct a site visit and convince him to buy the property.
- Work with Marketing Team to Brings the direct sales .
- Submit the required MIS reports periodically.
Desired Profile :
- Should have good Team Management Skills.
- should have good knowledge & understanding of Real Estate sales & Marketing.
- should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of telugu , Hindi & English languages.
- should be able to train, motivate and mentor his /her team members.
- should have good presentation and demonstration & own shows conveyance with valid driving license.
